3. Product Information and Availability
a. We strive to ensure that all information on our website, including descriptions, prices, and images, is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is free of errors.
b. All books are subject to availability. If a book you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or an alternative book of a similar value.
4. Ordering and Payment
a. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a book. We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an email confirmation. The contract between us will be formed when we send you this confirmation.
b. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and exclude VAT as we are not VAT registered.
c. We accept payment via credit/debit card and PayPal, and other Shopify powered payment providers. Your order will not be dispatched until we have received full payment.
5. Shipping and Delivery
a. We offer shipping to addresses within the UK, Europe and Internationally.
b. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days.
c. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
d. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.
6. Returns and Refunds
a. Your Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return your books within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
b. Faulty or Damaged Books: If a book is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the cost of return postage.
c. Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at help@mywishesbook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Books must be returned in their original condition.
d. Exclusions: We cannot accept returns of unless they are faulty.
7. Intellectual Property
a. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
